When you have done this you will be diverted to a new web page.  Download and print the application form from this new page, then complete that form and hand it to Mark or Claire Dunstan (or drop it in the post box at Hunsdon Rectory).  Please note: your personal information will not be retained or used for any other purpose than contacting you regarding the holiday club.


This year's theme is "On Your Marks."

The club is for primary school children only (from 5 years old).
It runs from 10:00am till 11:50am, Monday 23rd July - Friday 27th July 2012
at the St Francis Chapel, Acorn Street, Hunsdon.

Places are limited, and preference will be given to those who can commit to attending every day.
